Suppose you can search any content in a search engine, then you can show any web page contained a login password page or any user ID password page contain any type of information.  Those inside the login page there are some personal content such as medical information, medical research, scientific research , or personal document, it can't be share any personal information it's called Deep Web .

Dark Web :- 

The concept of Dark Web is very different it can't be explore in such a search engine because those websites are and (.onion) execution it can't search those pages in any browser those pages are shown in a very secure browser . However they still are mostly connected to the internet since much of that information forms an ecosystem for many surface web application .

Onion can have a different types of layer, such as those onion contain the different types of VPN. It can completely anonymous. This is a most famous browser called as (TOR the onion router) .

It can't be illegally using the TOR browser.  We can to talk dark web , It can be used many thing we can see very much illegal work in dark web. It can be used a many services or sell or purchase for other person. Hackers can have a data . It can be sell out in dark web . All of these things are commodities on the dark web to be bought sold or traded.
